This folder contains supplementary Markdown files that are not part of the published user guide but are used to provide context to AI systems (QA bots, in-app help, website chat).

Purpose

Files in this folder are concatenated with the main guide content to form the knowledge bundle used by: - The TURBOARD website chat assistant - The in-app JAS help assistant

File naming convention

File	Purpose
competitive-positioning.md	How TURBOARD differs from competitors; safe to surface in sales/website context
scoping-rules.md	What the bot should and should not answer; escalation paths
faq-patterns.md	Common support questions and preferred answers

How to update

Add or edit .md files here and commit. The CI pipeline automatically rebuilds the knowledge bundle on every merge to main. No manual steps required.

Out of scope

This folder does not contain the QA bot service itself. The bot setup is a separate task.
